Addressing problems Addressing issues reported via Traffy Fondue
Damaged footpaths, flooding, desolate roads, and waste
reported by the public dumping are common problems that occur in all parts of Bangkok so
via the Traffy Fondue the BMA provided various channels for the public to file complaints
such as the BMA Hotline 1555 and its online media services. However,
online platform the opportunity for the public to follow up on the BMA’s problem-
solving activities remained limited. The BMA thus developed the
