BMA Permanent Secretary Leads Executives in Merit-Making Ceremony and Royal Book Signing for Her Majesty the Queen

On June 3, 2026, at 07:00 hrs., Mr. Narong Ruengsri, Permanent Secretary for the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), joined cabinet ministers, high-ranking government officials, and citizens from all walks of life at Sanam Luang to participate in a Buddhist chanting and alms-giving ceremony. This religious event was organized to offer merit to Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana on the auspicious occasion of Her Majesty’s 4th cycle birthday anniversary. Following the merit-making ceremony, the Permanent Secretary led a delegation of BMA executives to the Sahathai Samakhom Pavilion inside the Grand Palace. There, the BMA leadership signed a book of congratulations and best wishes to express their profound loyalty and deep gratitude for Her Majesty’s immeasurable kindness toward the Thai people.
