Governor Chadchart follows up on the Udomsuk water situation. Revealing the new drainage pipe installed to improve drainage efficiency.

Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok Went out to inspect the area around Udomsuk Road (Sukhumvit 103) to monitor the water situation from heavy rain last evening. The floodwaters receded quickly, taking about half an hour.
Previously, Governor Chadchart had explained that in the Udomsuk Road area, sidewalks and drainage pipes had been improved. Changing from the original form to the O-GUTTER form that allows drainage if there is water. This results in better efficiency of drainage around Udomsuk Road.

This time was an area visit to follow up on such physical changes. The result of this change is that there will be less flooding of water than before. However, if the Bueng Nong Bon drainage tunnel which was previously damaged Repairs and construction have been completed throughout the tunnel. It will help promote drainage potential and cause the area around Udomsuk Road and many parts of Bangna District to be less flooded.
