BMA. prepares to be the first locality to submit a disaster-specific action plan. Driving safety in Bangkok

 

Assoc. Prof. Tavida Kamolvej, Deputy Governor of Bangkok Chaired the meeting of the steering committee for driving safety policy in the Bangkok area.

Deputy Governor Tavida said that because we have already carried out work and have made some progress. Therefore, a meeting of the committee was called today. And it will show the planning of government operations and budget planning from now on BMA. regarding safety that will be integrated with safety in other dimensions as well by using the committee. This group plans and drives together. This is because if the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Committee were used, there would not be much of a crime dimension. It is a demand of BMA. according to the policy of the Governor of Bangkok. According to the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation for BMA. Create a 5-hazard action plan. The plan is due to be submitted on June 30, 2024, to the Ministry of Interior. which is understood to be the first locality to complete the operation
