Now open! BMA Express Service at Lotus Pinklao for complete district service in one stop.

Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok, presided over the opening ceremony of the Mahanakhon Express Service point (BMA Express Service) in the Lotus Pinklao branch, Bangkok Noi District

“Thank you to Lotus for providing a place to establish Bangkok Express Service, which is a policy that we will develop to serve the public. In the past, Bangkok Express Service has been opened at several points because it is convenient for people when doing various activities within the mall, whether eating or shopping. They can also receive various services related to Bangkok, including having adequate parking space because some district offices are difficult to get in and out of because they are located in deep alleys with limited parking. As well as limited opening hours and open half-day on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. Bangkok Express Service will bring convenience to the people because they are customers who need to be taken care of like Lotus customers. In the future, the service will be expanded further and it probably will not only include making ID cards, making copies of house registrations, possibly registering marriages, and requesting permission to construct various buildings. In the future, it may become a complaint center. There is a teaching how to use Traffy Fondue where people can receive services in one place without wasting time traveling,” Mr. Chadchart said.

Bangkok by the Bangkok Noi District Office has received cooperation from Lotus to support the renovation of the area on the 3rd floor of Lotus Department Store, Pinklao Branch. It includes materials, equipment, and other resources needed to develop government services to create the BMA Express Service. It is an additional channel for contacting government officials and accepting service work in Bangkok. It is open every day, including public holidays, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to facilitate the public, reduce travel time, be able to access services quickly by using space within the nearby department store and reduce congestion in the district office In addition, people can receive services at many times outside of normal business hours, such as Monday-Friday after 4:00 p.m.
