Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok revealed that on the auspicious occasion of H.M. King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua’s 6th cycle 72nd birthday. Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya has studied and researched fabric patterns from all regions of Thailand and has used them to design royal designs for this auspicious year.

 The Royal Pattern Fabric in 2024 “Siriwachiraporn Pattern Fabric” has 4 main royal patterns given to Thai weavers and handicraft artists. These patterns can be woven together with local wisdom patterns and the artist’s creativity.

 On this occasion, Bangkok invites artists and citizens to use the royal design of the year 2024 “Siriwachiraporn” to create works. We request the cooperation of Bangkok government officials and personnel, citizens, and those interested in wearing the aforementioned patterned cloth to honor His Majesty the King in this auspicious year together.
