Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok, presided over the opening ceremony of the activity honoring the occasion of the birthday of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn at the City Hall, Bangkok City Hall, Giant Swing, Phra Nakhon District.

Bangkok organizes this activity on Monday, 1 April 2024 from 5:00 p.m. onwards at the City Hall, Bangkok Swing Pillar, to express loyalty by practicing good deeds and expressing gratitude for His Majesty’s grace in creating benefit and happiness for the people. Bangkok has taken the lead in public health according to the royal initiative and organized a basketball dance activity with participants including Bangkok administrators, Bangkok personnel from the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau, and the 50 district offices, totaling 1,969 people. It is a recreational activity that creates unity and enhances good fitness for the body.

There will also be other activities at the event including dance performances to offer blessings, folk art performances, and sales of products and food from 50 districts.
