Bangkok – China plans to focus on accelerating concrete environmental and clean energy work in the Bangkok area.

 

 

Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok, welcomed the delegation of the Thai-Chinese and Asian Economic Trade Association and senior executives of Chinese state-owned enterprises in clean energy to strengthen relations and discuss and exchange cooperation between each other in the areas of the environment and clean energy.

 

        The Governor of Bangkok said that we welcome you all and thank you for taking the time to visit Bangkok today. Bangkok and China have good relations and cooperation between the two countries is important. Moreover, China is also a good example in matters of environmental management and clean energy, which will be discussed and exchanged for further cooperation.

Making Bangkok a solar cell city: Because the Bangkok area is sunny all year. We have a project to install solar cells in every department in Bangkok and, 5. Consideration of wind power generation projects: Bangkok has a seaside area of approximately 5 kilometers. In this regard, the Governor of Bangkok has assigned Mr. Torsak Chotimongkol, Chairman of Advisor to the Governor of Bangkok to be the main co-ordinator to ensure joint operations are smooth and concrete.
