Held at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC), the event was presided over by Mrs. Eksiri Pintaruchi, Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, alongside Mr. Jean-Claude Pointeuf, the French Ambassador to Thailand. During the ceremony, Governor Chadchart reflected on the tangible French influence woven into the fabric of the Thai capital, pointing to the Parisian-inspired architecture of Ratchadamnoen Road and the enduring educational legacy of the Alliance Française.
