Mr. Somboon Homnan, Deputy Permanent Secretary of BMA, chaired the meeting on the progress of the Chaloem Phrakiat Bueng Nong Bon and Benjakiti Park projects.

The meeting reported on the progress of the Bueng Nong Bon Sports Center Park Improvement Project. From the survey, 10 public parks will be constructed and improved, such as multi-purpose activity areas, bicycle paths, playgrounds, restrooms, and parking lots, and improvements will be made to the 3-story Water is Life building.

It is to propose this improvement as a project to honor His Majesty the King on Celebrations on the Auspicious Occasion of His Majesty the King’s 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary 28th July 2024

He assigned relevant agencies to expedite the conclusion of the construction model and improve the landscape of the Bueng Nong Bon Sports Center Park and the Benjakiti Sports Center sports building. It includes preparing budget allocation requests and setting a timeline for completion according to the plan by allowing agencies to compile operational guidelines to report to the Governor of Bangkok.
