Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok welcomed the delegation from the Philippines and the National Productivity Institute to visit the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration as part of the Adaptive Governance and Innovation for Local Executives (AGILE) Program. It is to learn the concept of developing and managing public administration for citizens, using the database system as a central point of connection, providing one-stop government digital services, and furthering the city’s status as a creative economy center. as well as maintaining good local arts and culture to become a world-class tourist city such as traffic, tourism, community development, BMA, OSS and Traffy Fondue systems that have applied information and communication technology to provide services to the public conveniently and quickly. Assoc. Prof. Tavida Kamolvej, Deputy Governor of Bangkok, also joined in welcoming the delegation.

Mr. Chadchart said: We try to focus on the real problems of the people as well as what are the problems of Bangkok. When looking at Bangkok, it looks like the human body system has main arteries and capillaries. When looking at things that are close to people at the capillary level, such as public health centers which are primary medical service units, primary schools, kindergartens, and various communities are things that surround people’s lives. We must give equal importance to investing in big projects. In the first year, we will be very focused on solving the capillary level problem and getting people to see their lives changed dramatically. Traffy Fondue technology has also been used to change the way we receive complaints from citizens, which is truly changing the way we work.
