Mr. Sanon Wangsrangboon, Deputy Governor of Bangkok and Mr. Somboon Homnan, Deputy Permanent Secretary of BMA and Culture, Sports and Tourism Department inspected the readiness of Bangkok Arena Nong Chok for organizing the Asian Futsal Championship, AFC Futsal Asian Cup 2024, which will take place between 17 -28 April 2024.

Bangkok has worked with the Football Association of Thailand under Royal Patronage to host the Asian Futsal Championship. Bangkok Arena Stadium was chosen as the venue for this competition, which will feature 16 international teams competing for the FIFA Futsal World Cup 2024 in November 2024 in Uzbekistan.
