Dr. Wantanee Wattana, Permanent Secretary of BMA, chaired the meeting of the Executive Committee of the Bangkok Exhibition Organizing Committee to discuss organizing BKK EXPO 2024 between 20 – 23 June 2024 at the museum building in Benjakiti Park under the concept of “City of Life”

It is presented as a city of water, a city of air, a city of good environment, a city of opportunity and hope, a city of economy, a city of cooperation, a city of value, and a livable city. For everyone. There will be a central exhibition in an area of 200 sq m. to update 2 years of work and show Bangkok’s development works/activities such as an exhibition of policy updates, a service booth for issuing cards for people with disabilities, activities for vulnerable groups, a Traffy Fondue booth and display, a city photography contest, an announcement of communication awards, a zone expressing opinions about the city, City fair forum, presentation of creative districts, sales of good products from the district including workshops with the private sector. In this regard, the meeting agreed in principle that the guidelines for organizing the event can be adjusted according to observations for suitability.

In this regard, the Permanent Secretary of Bangkok has assigned relevant agencies to prepare information on results, operations, and developments that have evident results, including presentation guidelines and communication strategies for the public to know and easily access. There is also public participation work as well.
