The Gender Equality Seal for Public Institutions project is a project operated by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). The objective is to promote and honor government agencies that are committed to Promoting gender equality and developing women’s potential. In addition, it also encourages government agencies to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) number 5 on gender equality and number 16, on peace, justice, and strong institutions.

For the benefits that BMA will receive from participating in this project to create a gender equality certification seal for government agencies in BMA. It will raise the level of work in promoting gender equality to meet international standards and relevant agencies have a gender perspective.
