BMA is delighted! People flock to see the Bangkok City Model, ready to open as a permanent exhibition after the end of BKK EXPO 2024.

Mr. Aekvarunyoo Amrapala, BMA Spokesperson Revealed the success of the “Bangkok City Model Exhibition” which was displayed at BKK EXPO 2024: The city can change because of you. Between 20-23 June 2024 at the Benjakiti Forest Park Museum building. Ready to reveal the opening of a permanent exhibition after the end of BKK EXPO 2024.

A spokesperson of Bangkok said that the new Bangkok City Model Exhibition will be on display this year. There was overwhelming public interest. Throughout the 4 days of the exhibition, there were more than 7,200 visitors from 72 showings. The reason why people were so interested is because it was organized as a full-scale exhibition. This is different from last year when only city models were shown.
It is displayed in a building that has been renovated to 2 floors, designed with Universal Design principles. In terms of city planning, new building models have been added to make them more current. The exhibition is divided into 4 main zones, telling the story of Bangkok, and its people, and working according to various policies of BMA through presentations in an interactive format, combining various modern techniques such as Model mapping, VDO motion slides, and graphics. Wall, Photo Gallery, and fun games to play.

A spokesperson of Bangkok went on to talk about the future of this exhibition, saying that after the end of BKK EXPO 2024, the Bangkok City Model Exhibition at the Benjakiti Forest Park Museum building. It is still open to the public as a permanent exhibition. Free admission, no charge. From Tuesday, June 25 onwards, open Tuesday – Sunday.
