Bangkok and Garnier invite everyone to increase green space and bring greenness to the heart of the city @ Lan Bai Bua Sky Walk, Pathumwan Intersection.

Assoc. Prof. Tavida Kamolvej, Deputy Governor of Bangkok, attended the “Garnier Green Beauty Cares for the World” event under the concept of Hop into the Greeninverse and participated in a discussion on the topic of Liver Greener according to environmental policy and 15-minute parks throughout Bangkok with the issue of starting to live a life that cares about the environmental impact of the people in Bangkok.

Assoc. Prof. Tavida Kamolvej, Deputy Governor of Bangkok, said that she would like to thank Garnier for inviting Bangkok to be a part of stepping into the Greeniverse. If we talk about choosing Greener, there are two types of difficulty: what chance do we have of choosing if we make Greener too difficult or too luxurious because people in society have many levels? Therefore, BMA is an agency that must make public spaces a better environment for city people. At the same time, we have to cooperate with the private sector so that the private sector can offer Greener. On the one hand, we may find public space where we can share or create gardens together, but it is possible that private land itself can be used for gardening to increase the greenness of the city and make the city’s environment better. Live Greener is our work to be sustainable with the private sector and other agencies to help people make their lives easier and greener. BMA is ready to do its best.

Garnier has promoted the “Garnier Green Beauty Cares for the World” project by inviting everyone to become a Greener in a way that is more accessible and understandable. It includes extending every beauty to a new definition of “Beauty Cares for the World” through the concept of saving the world. Two concepts include Choose Greener, the easiest of which starts with ourselves through small behavioral changes in daily life to reduce the impact on the environment such as sorting and recycling waste. Next, Live Greener is to live in a good environment filled with green trees and nature to enhance the quality of life both physically and mentally as well as supporting the increase in the number of parks in Bangkok under the “15-Minutes Park” policy, starting with the sky garden exhibition “Garnier Green Beauty: Hop into the Greeniverse.” It will also be a part of the future park area development project.
