Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and the AFD previously signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to drive strategic cooperation in addressing urban development challenges, focusing on three core pillars: air quality management, green networks alongside flood management, and access to green finance mechanisms to ensure financial sustainability for urban development. The project is currently undergoing timeline framework formulation in coordination with relevant agencies, including the BMA\u2019s Environment Department and the International Affairs Office, to further drive concrete solutions for Bangkok&#8217;s environmental and urban development issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the discussions, Governor Chadchart presented gifts to Mr. Marcelli and Mr. Mougenot.
