It is also the first in Thailand and the Asia-Pacific to achieve the Gold certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BMA joined the UNDP Gender Seal on 15 August 2023\u2014and achieved Gold with a 94.8% score, meeting 38 out of 40 indicators, including all mandatory criteria. This reflects strong alignment with international standards across five key dimensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key highlights:<br>\ud83c\udfc6 1. Systems &amp; Capacity<br>Citywide gender network (1,500+ representatives)<br>Gender Action Plan (2025\u20132027) for 100,000+ staff<br>Strong leadership support, including readiness for Marriage Equality<br>.<br>\ud83c\udfc6 3. Workplace Equality<br>Gender pay gap reduced to 0.9%<br>Nearly 43% women in leadership<br>Strong policies on harassment, welfare, and work-life balance<br>.<br>\ud83c\udfc6 4.
