On January 22, 2026, Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok, launched the \u201cDream City: City Builds Dreams, EF Builds People\u201d event at Benchakitti Forest Park. This initiative marks a significant step in the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration\u2019s (BMA) “Policy 101,” which prioritizes Executive Function (EF) development in children aged 0 to 8 years.
