On January 12, 2026, at 08:30 hrs, Miss Aranya Pornchaiya, Deputy Permanent Secretary for the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), conducted a visit to Banbuamon School, located in Bang Khen District. This institution serves as a model kindergarten under the BMA, utilizing the “School as Learning Community” (SLC) curriculum. During her visit, she also observed Public Open Class activities in Kindergarten Class 3\/2, accompanied by Mr. Saowasak Phasuk, the Director of Ban Buamon School, Ms. Apasra Hookkhunthod, the class teacher, and other relevant personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Deputy Permanent Secretary expressed her gratitude to all parties involved for their contributions to the development and promotion of student learning in accordance with the SLC methodology. This approach fosters brain development, sensory perception, and the enhancement of both fine and gross motor skills. Furthermore, it cultivates self-awareness and mutual understanding, establishing a foundation for other academic competencies through engaging activities such as coloring and exploration of the surrounding environment. The anticipated learning outcomes are derived from the principles of “Knowledge Practice Adaptation” (KPA). These principles serve as criteria for measuring and evaluating student progress, thereby assessing whether learners have received a holistic education. K (Knowledge) pertains to the understanding of content, theories, or facts, often evaluated through examinations or tests. P (Process\/Practice) relates to the acquisition of skills and processes, including practical applications or work procedures, typically assessed through completed tasks or projects.
