{"id":470872,"date":"2025-03-06T15:44:51","date_gmt":"2025-03-06T08:44:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pr-bangkok.com\/?p=470872"},"modified":"2025-03-08T15:47:11","modified_gmt":"2025-03-08T08:47:11","slug":"bangkoks-green-office-initiative-continues-for-environmental-preservation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pr-bangkok.com\/?p=470872","title":{"rendered":"Bangkok\u2019s green office initiative continues for environmental preservation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/pr-bangkok.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/2_0-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-470873\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pr-bangkok.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/2_0-5.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/pr-bangkok.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/2_0-5-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/pr-bangkok.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/2_0-5-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 767px) 89vw, (max-width: 1000px) 54vw, (max-width: 1071px) 543px, 580px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br>.<br>(March 4, 2025)\u2014Chatree Wattanakhejorn, Deputy Permanent Secretary for the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) presided over the meeting to review criteria and guideline of the 2025 Bangkok Green Office project on Tuesday.<br>The meeting was held at the first meeting room of the Environment Department in the Bangkok City Hall in Bangkok\u2019s Din Daeng district.<br>Deputy Permanent Secretary for BMA said the Bangkok Green Office is an important mission to ensure the efficiency of the capital\u2019s ecosystem and environment management in a sustainable manner, as well as the quality of life and happiness among people.<br>The Bangkok Green Office\u2019s criteria should be completed and understandable, he explained, adding that effective collaboration between BMA and its agencies is the key to ensure eco-friendly and effective results.<br>A representative from the Environment Department reported that 102 agencies under BMA joined the initiative in 2023, including 77 main agencies and 25 sub-agencies.<br>A total of 48 agencies have passed three levels of environmental management criteria: 15 gold, 9 silver and 24 bronze.<br>In 2024, 103 agencies under the City Hall joined the initiative, including 76 main agencies and 27 sub-agencies.
